Directions from Interstate 5:

Option 1:

From I-5, exit Sea World Drive and go west (towards Sea World). There will be a large parking lot on your left, on the corner of Sea World Drive and Fiesta Island Road.

If this parking lot is full, use option 2.

Option 2:

From I-5, exit Sea World drive and go west (towards Sea World). Turn right on Fiesta Island Road and park on Fiesta Island or on Mission Bay Drive.

Option 3:

From I-5, exit Clairemont Drive/Mission Bay Drive and go west (towards the bay). There is parking on and in parking lots on Misison Bay Drive.

Awards & Prizes

  • All runners who finish will receive a finisher medal.
  • Only runners in the 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. waves are eligible for winner awards (all runners will receive a finisher medal).
  • Winner Awards will be given to the top three male and female in the following age groups:
    14 and under 35 - 39 55 - 59
    15 - 19 40 - 44 60 - 64
    20 - 24 45 - 49 65 - 69
    25 - 29 50 - 54 70 +
    30 - 34    

Rules & Regulations

This event will take place unless for an unforeseen reason city officials deem it unsafe. In the event our race is cancelled, a reschedule date will be set and all entries will be transferred. We are sorry but NO REFUNDS will be given. No pets are allowed.

The Aloha Run is for all ages. A race number is required for each person on the course, including children. Jogging strollers are allowed but please note that part of the course is on grass. Those running with a stroller are asked to start at the back of the starting line and stay to the right side of the path.

All event aspects are subject to change without notification.
Not Allowed on the course: Pets, Bicycles, Rollerblades, or Skateboards.

If you are not able to attend and would like your shirt or medal sent to you, please mail us your name and address and a check for $5 per item made out to Beyond Events and we will be happy to send it to you. We must receive your request by September 19 as we will be donating all leftover items to charity on September 20.

Refunds

There are no refunds, no exceptions.

However, you can transfer your registration to someone else. Log in to your active.com account and you can make changes up until August 27, 2014.

You will receive a full refund from Active.com and the person who you transfer to can then log in and complete the registration and pay the registration fee. There is a $5 fee for all transfers.
